What is going on at the Parent Resource Centre

We are looking for Board Members! Are you looking for a rewarding volunteer position with a progressive organization positioning itself for change? Our non-profit, children’s charity, has an exciting opportunity for 2 new members to join the Board of Directors and help shape the future of PRC. We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative community members to join the Board of Directors who have 2 to 3 years of previous board experience. If you are a strategic thinker, excel at building and maintaining relationships and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this opportunity is for you!

Tip of the Day

Instead of saying "Don't touch anything!" when taking young children on an outing, say "Look with your eyes" and teach them the One Finger Rule. By touching with one finger, they can satisfy some of their natural curiosity without being able to pick up anything.
