The Parent Resource Centre presents a searchable directory of parent education events, professional training events for those working with families and community support groups for parents. The information is not strictly bilingual; information is posted in the language that it is received.
This is an 8 week commitment for parents and baby up to 8 months old.
Parents learn skills to establish loving relationships, foster two way communication and helping their baby learn. Topics will focus on: Loving, Learning and Language, through songs, rhymes, creating a photo album, video taping, and discussion with interactive activities.

These are small group sessions designed to help children ages 7 - 11 and youth ages 12 - 15 deal with impulsive behaviours or frequent outbursts of emotions. The group is open to children who have difficulty controlling their emotions or impulsivity, including children diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, Aspergers, Conduct Disorder or learning disabilities. The group is facilitated by trained counsellors with backgrounds in social-emotional development and anger management.
