Hello everyone!

My name is Kellie-Anne and I'm a 14 year old, Canadian artist living in Dubai. I adore to sing, act, play instruments and sports too. In fact, I love to do so many different and fresh things that I can barely handle it all, but hey, life is assembled to be lived to it’s fullest potential right? I'm sure you’ve probably heard a lot about never giving up and always following your dreams. I mean, if you have the power to dream it, you can do it and dreams are never to be left just ‘dreams’. Life is to be lived, and as Walt Disney once said,  “you’ve got to quit talking and begin doing.” 

Although I have no regrets, and I am infinitely grateful for everything that I have, and have accomplished, I have faced some obstacles along the way. I haven’t always succeeded in performing or competing. In fact, I’ve never won a competition in my life. But winning is not what's the most important. And i'm sure that most of you have heard that before but, I mean, difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations and that's all that matters. And what is life without challenges? What is fun without obstacles? Although I've faced these, beautiful things have also came out of them such as my participation in the Voice Kids in Montreal, Canada. It was one of my long time dreams and I felt so much pride to be part of such a beautiful adventure. Furthermore, I am moving to NYC in few weeks where I'll have the opportunity to develop as an artist surrounded by amazing, professional people. To be successful and comfortable with what you want to  accomplish, you must face challenges and fear, for it to then be turned into what you’ve longed for.

Being born in the 21st century is also quite a challenge. Society can be so cruel, judgmental and anyone can become a slave to it. People can be so bitter, barbarous and just don't understand the effect it can have on someone. I like to think of it this way: People say rude things generally because they are jealous, so let them be jealous and don’t let them turn you into a person you are not. Everyone wants to please society and it just isn’t necessarily possible, so focus on the people you can please, and the positivity you can spread, doing what you love doing and being who you love to be. Express yourself in your own way and be the person you want to be without letting anyone get in the way. Because that is when success will truly shine through and when those haters will be proved wrong. I am fortunate enough to be a music passionate and that is exactly the kind on things I want to communicate in my lyrics. 

I just want everyone who is reading this to live life to it’s fullest extent and never let anyone get in the way of doing what you love doing best. I love music and use it as my escape to be in my happy place. I love performing, spreading essential meanings in life and inspiring people in the best way that i can possibly do it.
